If your Y has the staff time and the desire to run the program, we'll support your team every step of the way.
Partner with your schools
Teachers serve as the program's volunteers and lead delegations at their schools. Your Y opens the door, and we handle curriculum, training and the conference.
Why it works
A low lift for your staff
- One teacher can lead a delegation of 2 to 10 or more students.
- YMCA staff provide the curriculum, materials and training, at the school or by video.
- Financial aid is available, and no student is ever turned away for financial reasons.
- Students build public speaking, critical thinking, leadership and confidence.
